Prior to installation, the sons of "S. Murawski and Sons" came to my house and inspected the space/square footage of my house to determine which heater would best suit my home's needs. They explained the process, including how they were going to use the pipes, (which they explained explicitly so that I could understand), the benefits of a more energy-efficient heater, and the cost of the installation. After doing my research on the Internet, I felt that the price given was fair, so I called them and we set a date. On the day of the installation, the "Sons" arrived at my house at precisely the time that they said would be there. They used the back door to prevent any debris from damaging my hardwood floors, and got started immediately, beginning first with the removal of my oil tank. The oil tank was removed within two hours time. Then, my gas boiler was installed. The process didn't require anything of me. The guys (Steve and Jeff) even installed a digital thermostat for me, which has made heating the house so much easier. They ran through the common features of it, showing me how to set temperatures for different times in the day. The complete process of removal and installation took approximately 5-6 hours. The heater was checked before they left, and everything worked beautifully. A few days later, I smelled gas/oil from the basement and grew nervous. I called the company back and expressed my concern. Jeff, one of the sons, assured me that it was most likely some oil residue from the old heater. He came out immediately anyway and double-checked to make sure there were no leaks. Just as he had thought, it was a little oil residue from the old heater. He brought a powder that he sprinkled on it, soaked it up, and wiped the spot. This didn't cost me anything. The smell was gone within hours. Family-run businesses like this one, where everyone is passionate about what they do and they care about their work, is refreshing. S. Murawski & Sons is highly professional, punctual, and responsive to the customers' needs. If need be, I will definitely use this company again. In the meantime, I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

It went very well. We coordinated a date with the renter and was able to install the AC unit in several hours. The cost was adequate compared to other estimates we had received. I would definitely have them perform other heating and AC work at the property and would recommend them to anyone.

They were very efficient from the time I bought my deal through performing rhe service. Communication was excellent.
